Renaldo Heard

Renaldo Heard serves as a Director of The Arms of Jesus Children’s Mission Inc., having previously served as Treasurer for over 10 years. A longtime supporter of the ministry, Renaldo has been committed to helping advance AOJ’s mission of serving children and families in need through Christian education, compassionate care, and practical support.

Professionally, Renaldo is a senior accounting and tax advisory professional with extensive experience supporting businesses, charities, not-for-profit organizations, and community-based ministries. His background in financial reporting, governance, compliance, and strategic advisory has helped him contribute meaningfully to AOJ’s stewardship, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

During his years as Treasurer, Renaldo provided financial leadership and oversight during a period of continued ministry impact in communities served by Arms of Jesus, including Guatemala, Haiti, and Kenya. In his current role as Director, he continues to support the organization’s mission, leadership, and commitment to responsible governance.

Renaldo is passionate about using his professional experience and Christian faith to serve vulnerable children and families. He remains committed to helping Arms of Jesus carry forward its vision of sharing the love of Christ, strengthening Christian education, and helping children living in poverty experience hope, dignity, and opportunity.
