Pedro Chicol

Pedro Francisco Chicol Itzol serves as the Principle and Technical Administrative Director of Education at The Arms of Jesus Children's Mission in Guatemala. He holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Administration with a specialization in Quality Management from Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala.

For the past six years, Pedro has provided leadership and oversight for the organization's educational programs, guiding his work through strong Christian principles and values. He is passionate about empowering new generations through education and is committed to helping children and youth develop into responsible, compassionate, and productive members of society. His commitment to Christian service and educational excellence continues to strengthen AOJ Guatemala's mission of supporting the holistic development of children and young people.

Pedro believes that quality education is a fundamental pillar of human development. Through perseverance, teamwork, and faith in God, he strives to promote opportunities that support both academic achievement and personal growth.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities at AOJ, Pedro actively serves in his local church and has participated in a variety of ministry roles, including children's and youth education. He is passionate about Christian music, worship, and serving God.
