Lesvia Martínez

Lesvia Aracely Martínez Solas serves as the Principle and Operational Director for Education at The Arms of Jesus Children's Mission in Guatemala. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Administration with a specialization in Quality Management from Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala.

With fourteen years of teaching experience and two years of educational administration experience, Lesvia brings extensive knowledge and leadership to her role. During her eleven years of service with AOJ Guatemala, she has held several positions, including Primary Education Teacher, Educational Coordinator, and Middle School Teacher.

Committed to the Christian mission of the organization, Lesvia applies her educational, administrative, and ministry experience to support the holistic development of students. Her work focuses on fostering both academic excellence and spiritual growth, helping children and youth reach their full potential.
