Brock Heard

Brock Heard serves as the Executive Director of The Arms of Jesus Children's Mission. Raised in a Christian home and a lifelong supporter of the ministry, Brock developed a passion for serving children and families through years of leadership in youth development, education, recreation, and community programming.
Brock holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from Ontario Tech University and a Master of Business Management from the University of Essex.
As the grandson of AOJ founder Pastor Sam Martin, Brock grew up witnessing firsthand the impact of the ministry in Guatemala, Haiti, and Kenya. Following a mission trip to Guatemala, he sensed God's calling to dedicate his life to Christian missions and accepted a leadership role with The Arms of Jesus. Today, he sponsors three children through the ministry and remains actively involved in the lives of sponsored children and their families.
Brock is passionate about sharing the Gospel, strengthening Christ-centred education, and helping children living in poverty discover hope and opportunity through Jesus Christ. He is committed to faithfully carrying forward the vision established by Pastor Sam Martin while helping The Arms of Jesus Children's Mission grow and expand its impact for future generations.
Outside of ministry, Brock enjoys camping, playing cornhole, and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid sports fan.
