Mateo is friendly and has beautiful eyes. He is intelligent, active, sociable, and likes to talk. He also likes to play soccer and little toy cars. Mateo is super excited since he is already attending The Arms of Jesus school, and little by little, he will learn how to colour, write, and read. This year he is in K4.

Mrs. Karin is 29 years old and is a mother who has dedicated herself to working to provide for her children. Unfortunately, the father left the family to live with another woman. And he only sees Mateo and his brother on Sundays. He sends a little money to support the kids, but honestly that is not too much to pay for all the expenses. Thank God, Mrs. Karin has found support in her parents and sisters.

Mrs. Karin is living with her parents, and they have provided for her and her children a room to live in, where they have a bed and a wardrobe. They have their kitchen in the same room where they sleep; they have running water and electricity.

The mother truly wants for her son to have the opportunity to continue attending school and hopefully find a kind-hearted person who can support Mateo.
