Marcos lives with his parents, who work hard to provide for his needs and support his growth. His father, José, is 20 years old and works as a minibus driver, contributing to the household income. His mother, Mari, is 23 years old and sells shaved ice and also makes traditional handicrafts to help support the family financially. They work with dedication to offer their son better opportunities.

Currently, the family lives in a home lent to them by Marcos’s grandmother. It is a simple house where they share living spaces and resources. The kitchen has three plastic benches, and in the bedroom, they have a bed and a wardrobe. Many of the items in the home belong to the grandmother. Although they have limited resources, the family remains united and hopeful.
