Parramos, Guatemala

Juana Lucía is a well-behaved and kind girl who gets along well with the people around her, especially with her siblings, since she spends time with them and has fun. She enjoys listening to music in her free time and has many dreams and goals for her future. She truly wants to continue attending school and pursue a university degree, becoming a nurse.

She lives with her parents and her five siblings, and they all are very united. Her siblings are Blanca, who is 28 years old; Marvin, who is 23 years old; Ana, who is 20 years old; Mario, who is 15 years old; and Cristian, who is 13 years old. Her father, Mr. Macedoneo Pool, who is 53 years old and is dedicated to agriculture, specifically the cultivation of corn and beans. He is a hardworking man; however, he has problems with alcohol. Her mother, Mrs. Rodriga Esquito, is 53 years old; she is a housewife and also helps by working in the fields.

The family lives in its own house. They have two rooms; one of them was a house donated by the AOJ Mission, and they have another room made with blocks. The kitchen area is made with pieces of plywood and sugar cane. In this area, they cook using firewood and also have a gas stove. As for furniture in the kitchen, they have a table and five benches, and in the room, they have three bunk beds and three wardrobes.

Juana Lucía is super grateful because she knows that through the Arms of Jesus, she will be able to continue with her education and reach one of her academic goals she has set

Would you be the angel in Juana's life?
