Parramos, Guatemala

Gladis is a very sweet and respectful girl, who helps at home by tidying up and taking out the dishes after finishing eating to wash them. She likes playing with dolls and with her siblings. She will be attending third grade next year at AOJ School, and she is intelligent, dedicated to fulfilling her homework, and makes an effort in her classes.

Mrs. María Soleda is 28 years old and is a very responsible, loving, and hardworking mother. Unfortunately, her husband passed away two years ago due to alcohol, and now she strives to move forward with her children. She works making tortillas; she does not earn enough; however, she is grateful to God for having a job, since through this job, she can provide for her home. She is supported by her mother, Mrs. Rosa. Mrs. María can see how God watches over them. They attend church on Sundays.

Mrs. Jaquelin Siomara is 7 years old, and Mr. Fermin Antonio is 4 years old. The family has its own land where they have a room with two beds and a wardrobe. In the kitchen they have a table and four chairs. At home, they have running water and electricity services.

The mother is grateful because she can find support through AOJ school for her daughter to continue studying and have a better future.

Would you be the angel in Gladis's life?
