Gerald

San Luis Pueblo Nuevo, Guatemala

Gerald is a happy, healthy, and loving boy; sometimes he is a little restless, but also obedient and smart. He likes spending time with his brother, and together they enjoy playing ball and with toy cars. He also enjoys accompanying his mom to do some errands when she goes to the market. He feels very excited since he is already attending AOJ school, and he has already met many friends and enjoys playing with them at recess time.

Gerald's father is Mr. Marcos Daniel Pocón, who is 34 years old; he is unfortunately unemployed at the moment; however, at times he works in a bakery by shifts, and sometimes he goes to the fields to work there with the desire to provide for his family. Mrs. Kevelin Aleyda Reyes is 26 years old; she is taking a course to become a nurse and is making an effort because in the future, she wants to support her husband. Gerald's brother, Diego Daniel is 8 years old and is in grade 2.

The family lives in a house donated by the AOJ Mission and has running water and electricity services; they use gas for cooking.

Gerald’s parents are so grateful because he is blessed to have the opportunity to study in a school where he is loved.

Would you be the angel in Gerald's life?
