Davany is a 13-year-old young boy. He is a bit shy but also responsible in everything. He loves to attend school, and when he comes back home, he works on the schoolwork. Davany lives with his grandparents, parents, a male cousin, an uncle, and his sister and enjoys spending time with his cousin. Davany likes to draw, and what he would like to study in the future is architecture. He also enjoys playing ball with his friends and his cousin. He says he helps his mother by sweeping the floor and doing the dishes.

His father is Mr. Juan Carlos. He is 37 years old and works as a taxi driver in a company in Guatemala. He is a good and responsible man who is always looking after his kids. His mother is Mrs. Nusly and is 37 years old. She is a housewife and dedicates her full time to her home and her kids. Davany has an older sister, Gretel, who is 20 years old. She already graduated and lost her job recently but is looking for another one since she is attending the university and is paying for her education. Davany and Gretel have a good relationship.

They live in the maternal grandparents’ house. In the same house live the grandparents, Mrs. Nusly’s brother, and Davany’s family. The kitchen is shared. The parents live in the same bedroom, Gretel has her own bedroom, and Davany shares the bedroom with his male cousin. They have three beds, two wardrobes, and a small plastic drawer cabinet where Davany keeps his clothes. In the kitchen, they have a refrigerator, a table and six chairs, a cupboard, and a metal shelf where they put their dishes.

Mr. Juan Carlos and Mrs. Nusly truly want Davany to continue with his education and become a professional one day.
