Cesar turned 12 years old this July. He is a happy, short,  friendly, and obedient child who helps at home with some chores, such as sweeping, tidying up his room, and doing the dishes. Cesar is wearing glasses because he cannot see well. This year, he is in 5th grade at the AOJ school, and academically, he is a child who works hard in his classes and is also responsible in fulfilling his homework. In class, he pays attention to what his teacher is saying and explaining and also enjoys participating in the different activities that his teacher carries out. Thanks to God, he has gotten good grades in his classes.

Cesar's parents are Mr. Cesar Ivan, who is 43 years old and works as a truck driver in a recycling centre, and Mrs. Glenda Lily, who is 42 years old and is a hardworking woman who works from home making curtains. With the desire to help financially. Cesar's brother, Ivan Marcos, is 18 years old and is almost graduating this year, since he is studying a high school career in administration this year.

The family does not own its own land; for this reason, they rent a block house with a concrete floor. They use gas for cooking, and they have electricity and running water services.

Despite the struggles that the family faces at times, both parents want the best for their children. They pray to God to touch the hearts of angels who can be a blessing in Cesar's life, to get a better future and become a professional.
