Brina is a shy girl who is 6 years old. Now she is in senior kindergarten; when she is in class, she communicates with some of her classmates, and that makes her feel part of her group. Regarding academics, she has had some difficulties, but her teacher always encourages her because she knows she is intelligent and can make it.

Her father is Mr. Julio Fernando; unfortunately, he has abandoned the family and has not been responsible with the expenses or helping them financially. Her mother is Mrs. Rut Noemi, who is 34 years old and is very hardworking. She works for a construction company in Guatemala City. Sadly, she had a motorcycle accident; the person who was riding the motorcycle lost control, and she is now injured, mostly her face. Thank God she does not have fractures, but she does have bruises. This job has allowed her to cover the needs they have as a family. She has an older son, and his name is José Gudiel Méndez, who is 16 years old. For the last 6 years, he has been living with his father.

Mrs. Rut Noemi's parents have allowed her to live in their home, and they have a room; in this room they have a bed and a small kitchen where they have a small gas stove, a table and chairs, and a cupboard. At home they have running water and electricity services.

The mother wishes for her beloved daughter to have the opportunity to study in a place where she can learn about God.
