Parramos, Guatemala

Alexánder Daniel is a lovely, friendly, and tender boy. He enjoys chatting and playing. He is a confident and also loving child with a very good attitude. Although he still has difficulty speaking clearly, he works hard every day with his mother to improve in this area, showing his desire to learn and move forward.

Alexánder Daniel lives with his parents and his little sister Rachel, who is 8 years old; he plays with her, and they both get along well. His father, Mr. Daniel works as a builder in Ciudad Vieja, Sacatepéquez, striving daily to provide for his family. On the other hand, his mother, Mrs. Mishel Yohana, who is 25 years old, dedicates herself to taking care of the home and supports Alexánder Daniel, especially in his process of improving the way he talks. Both parents are committed to raising their children properly.

The family’s home is borrowed by someone else. They have two rooms made with concrete blocks. The kitchen area is small, and the walls and roof are made with metal sheets, where they have an eco-stove to prepare the food. They have a simple bathroom using pieces of fabric as a door. The kitchen furniture is borrowed, as it belongs to Mrs. Mishel's mother. In the area where they sleep, they have a bed and a wardrobe. Despite the limitations, the family strives to move forward. Both parents know that Alexánder Daniel will have better opportunities through the Arms of Jesus because he will be trained academically and spiritually.

The family wishes for Alexánder Daniel to receive an education that allows him to have a better future.
