Wandel is a boy who lives in Cap Rouge section of Cayes Jacmel, the southeast of Haiti. He was born on November 16, 2014, he is 11, and he is always healthy. His mother's name is Eline Jules, and his father's name is Wilner Jean. Both his mother and father work in the fields, and they have 2 children. Wandel goes to school; he is in 4th grade and does well at school. His hobbies are divided between playing marbles and flying kites: he excels.

 He lives with his mother in a house made of stone with 2 rooms and a gallery, covered with a sheet metal roof. They have cabinets, beds, chairs, and a table. 

Due to difficult circumstances, Wandel's parents are struggling to live well; they have difficulty providing food, clothing, and especially paying for school. His parents face many challenges due to their limited means, and they cannot meet the needs of their children and the household in general. They get water from cisterns and use wood to cook. 

Wandel needs help to get assistance for his schooling and other needs he has.
