Rutshelle is a girl who lives in Cap Rouge section of Cayes Jacmel, the southeast of Haiti. She was born on January 1, 2016, she is 9, and she is always healthy. Her father's name is Miguel Raymond, and her mother's name is Chrisnette Sanon; her mother is a merchant, and her father works in the fields. They have 7 children. She goes to school and is in 3rd grade; she does well at school. In her free time, she plays with her dolls and with her siblings. 

She lives with her mother and father in a house made of blocks, covered with a sheet metal roof, and it has 3 rooms. They have tables, cabinets, beds, and chairs. 

Rutshelle and her siblings live in a difficult situation because it is always a great challenge for her parents to take care of 7 children and provide them with food. Life is very tough, and limited means they cannot support the children’s needs and family requirements. They get water from cisterns, but when it doesn’t rain, they have to walk a lot to fetch water. They use wood to cook. 

Rutshelle needs help because her mother has 7 children; she would like to get help from the program to support her, especially with her schooling.
